Either the valvetrain or the bottom end went, pull the valve cover and see if something looks out of place.

yes. turn it at least 2 full rotations.

there is any number of things that can be out of place. i can tell you now it sounds like either your top or bottom end will need to be rebuilt.

i am going to say its probably your bottom end seized.

it means, due to friction your cylinder heads welded themselves to the walls =x

It means if the motor does not turn over by hand then you need to pull the motor, put it on an engine stand, and pull the oil pan.

well you probably destroyed your crank bearings and seized the crank....i.e. a frozen engine... i've seen the same thing happen to a mr2....a friend rebuilt a mr2 motor for some dude - we told him to break the motor in for atleast 1000 miles and check the oil every 100 miles...instead he took the car to 2 autocrosses in the span of 3 days....the car probably had a total of 150 miles before the car spun a bearing and the motor seized...and why did this all happen? he didn't let the rings on his pistons set properly so he got a major case of blow-by, burned up all his oil, and then blew up his motor....
