Motorola Android with EX35

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any experiences they can share using the Android with the EX35? ie. does the phonebook transfer properly, etc. Thanks.

Hate to be the bringer of bad news, but there are problems it seems.

The problem seems to be that you can hear the person on the other side, while they can't hear you. There's a bit crude workaround for this in first link (switch to handset sound, then immediately back to car audio sound).

Also, someone with 2010 Nissan Maxima reported the problem of phone crashing when the phonebook starts to sync (Maxima should have the same BT hardware/software as new Infiniti models)

I have a MyTouch 3g that uses the Android OS. It works fine. Phonebook syncs and I stream Music via bluetooth. I haven't had any problems making calls either.

iphone 3g is no bargain. it syncs and transfers phone book but the display shows a bunch of hex code instead of contacts. you CAN however redial from the history if you remember what the garbage display is.

No problems whatsoever here with Iphone 3GS.
