Hey I was wondering which plenum spacer would be better. The 5/16" or the 1/2"? Is there any diff between them? I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where it snows quite frequently. What exactly would I need as for plenum spacer? Any input is greatly appreciated.

check out this thread....zerothread?id=241546

for cold weather Motordyne reccomends the copper iso thermal spacer. i just got the basic spacer, though. no frills

i had a great post on someone else's topic but i couldn't find it. i hunted down a dyno with the 2 diff sizes of spacers. the 1/2 in gave more hp at lower rpms then tapered off at higher rpms. the 5/16 shined at higher rpms.

plus, the 1/2 in fits a little too snug under the hood, apparently.
