Hey fam, was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to install anything from the company Motordyne Engineering based in Southern California? They specialize in aftermarket Infiniti/Nissan parts.

I'm really interested in getting the M370 Intake Manifold, but don't know if it's gonna be compatible with the M37 engine.

If anyone has any insight or knows anyone who has installed this to their vehicle, I would like to know how they like it!

^heres a link of a company that sells it in Fontana, CA.

Let me know what y'all think!

The company isn't bad...I used their ISO Thermal Spacer for my 07...not sure about this particular product though.

Best is to call them on Tuesday to verify. Motordyne directly.

I used their spacer on my G35, they have shown to be pretty reputable. I know the MREV2 intake manifold for the G35 was a very liked product.

Motordyne is a solid company. You can source that intake manifold at a cheaper price from West Covina Nissan http://www.thenismoshop.com/MOTORDYNE-E ... p_446.html.

I'd be interested in that manifold but I'd like to know how badly it affects the torque across the RPM band. It probably decreases low end torque and that's definitely needed on a heavy car like these.

Agreed, OEM spends big buck to make engines perform across the board. Aftermarket puts out products that give an increase at XXXX rpm and call it better. Grassroots mag did a throttle body swap on a 350z and it gave a 5hp bump at like 4500-5500 rpm and might have dropped earlier, cant remember. Either way that wouldn't be worth it to me for a free upgrade, let alone the hundreds of dollars it really costs. (I know its a different part, different company, just sayin)

Are intake manifolds easy to install yourself?
