Anybody have issues with the g35 coupe after installing 5/16 plenum spacer like check engine light or any stuff like that Lookin to get one

I ran one on my G35 back in the day. It's a good upgrade. Just follow the installation instructions explicitly, don't over-torque the bolts, and don't get crazy with the gasket sealant.

I ran the 1/2" spacer on my 04 G35. The engine cover wouldn't fit in its stock configuration. I had to modify it slightly for it to fit. Only certain strut tower bars would fit as well.
Aside of that, it was a great mod. You won't have those issues with the 5/16.
