Hey guys, im tired of having my battery relocated to my cabin. Had to relocate it because the cold pipe comes up about an inch or so too close to lay it in there. My friend on nor-cal240sx told me he's seen people use motorcycle batteries for the sr so the relocation isn't necessary. Can this work? Are there enough cold crank amps for it?? thanks guys

Most of the batteries I have seen used are Miata batteries. There is a certain year to get I believe. Do a search for it on here and Im sure you will find the answer.

Miata battery works great, just don't get the glass-mat one.

I got a Miata battery from NAPA and it is GREAT!!! my alternator died and that thing lasted for about 45 minutes before it started to have problems.

I think you need the early 90s model 91 up to 94/95*edit* I believe the part number is U1RT (that's autocraft part # from advance auto parts... i have been working there too long to know that sorta thing)
