i have a 91 nissan 240sx with a sr in it pretty much stock

i was doing doughnuts around this little island thing in a parking lot [only did it to the left] and then after i stopped it started ticking.my friend told me that my oil was to thin and that sometimes while drifting the oil shifts to one side of the motor .[not sure if its true or not] if you guys have ever heard of this could you give me some pointers on how to stop it?

CV's have really nothing to do with a ticking motor, That is typical of front wheel drive cars. You probably starved the head of oil for a few minutes. Maybe you hurt the engine maybe you didn't. Change your oil and keep it full, you should be fine.

I'd be more willing to believe that if he didn't mention this:
