ok what the different between a ka24de and a ka24e? and what year both engine come from?

The DE is double overhead cam and the E is single. There is a thread on here that explains everything you need to know but I can't find it at the moment, computer problem. You better search for questions like that or you might get flamed. Take it from someone who knows.
