Swapping the 02 165K 3.5 motor out... wife ran it low on oil and its starting to smoke and light tapping noise when cold starting.

So fount a 06 3.5 with 82000 miles. Motor transmission complete for less than 1600$

Want to add headers, ypipe, cat back and CAI.

Who should I buy from?

Since you upgraded to wide band oxygen sensors with the 2006 motor you'll be seeing an SES light if you go the headers route. The only real solution to that problem is an Uprev tune to delete the secondary codes. Alternative is Racingline high flow cats and you can buy the y pipe from him as well. Not as good as headers for performance but still an awesome kick in your cars a**. On top of that you'll also pass emissions if that matters where you live. I personally don't like CAI's but they're all basically the same. I've said this a hundred times, spend the extra money for the best filter available. If you want the best performance out of the car you should look into doing a custom 3" exhaust.

Thanks!

I was looking at the Raceline products. I have the springs on the car now.

So, Headers, ypipe and put some customer 3" exhaust on !

I have Nistune on my sons 240sx but don't want to get into that on this car!

If you don't want to get the car tuned I would recommend going with the high flow cats. Also if you go with the high flows I would also consider going with a regular cat back since your stock exhaust manifolds will be the choke point and you'll want to keep your exhaust gas velocity up.
