motor swap questions

ok so my gf has a 97 maxima and is getting ready to get a new car. now we cant sell this car cuz the shell is so fusted out its not funny, so my question is....... will the VQ30DE bolt to my trans? and if so are there aftermarket mounts for this swap or will i have to fab them up. my plan is to just take the motor and rebuild it for turbo and run a twin turbo set up off of it. that is if itll bolt to my trans. any and all help is thanked.
