Car: 1990 Nissan 300zx N/A 1995 Motor Swap

I recently got my new NA motor and am on my way to getting my Z on the road. I just have a question that i cant find the answer to, i hope it doesent seem stupid, but thats what this forum is here for. I have a 90 car and bought a NA '95 motor, what changes do i need to make to the car? And which wiring harness would i need? '90 or '95

definatly a 95 harness and 95 ecu. 94 and up are really different plus use newer styled injectors
