Random/Multiple cylinder misfire, or was it a specific hole?

Typically, you're either looking at bad gas or a component in the ignition system that is going bad. Does it ever run smooth or is it always missing? I'd find it strange that a COP would go bad, but I wouldn't discount that possibility either.

It wouldn't hurt to bring it through a Nissan dealer or dealer alternative for their opinion (they don't have to do the work).
