sometimes when i take off from a dead stop, my motor will hesitate? like ill get up to 3 or 4 grand and i wont take my foot off the gas, but the rpm's will jus stick for a second. idk why its doing that. im throwing a check engine light for my map sensor and my cat, but the light has been on for a while and it just started doing this. im thinkin it may be spark plugs or fuel filter? but im not sure.

Fix your MAF and cat problem first, reset the CEL and we can go form there.

Check the plug first and clean the sensor as well with CRC MAF Sensor Cleaner:
