Motor(s) questions

Hi, i have a 89 240sx, Not sure which motor to get. I have enough for a Ca18det or Rb20det or SR20det, and with a few more paychecks i could get a rb25det... but anyway, does anyone know what parts are interchangeable? like would a rb20det rear/LSD work or bolt into my 240? and the same question for each motor...Cause im getting a motor/rear together and rb/sr/ has vlsd already, comes as a complete package.. Just wanna save some time and money...

Please do a quick search first using the search button located in the upper right of the board. There are many excellent threads that already explain what you want to know. Also, you will be much better informed when you are done. You will sound like a Nissan expert instead of a clueless JDM drone. Not saying you do... not saying you dont....

Don't search only in the 240 section. Do a search that includes the entire forum.I found tons of stuff. Use these keywords:RB20DET swapCA18DET swapyou get the idea.
