motor runs but shuts off after 20 mins

have a 1990 240sx. car stopped running and i changed out the fuel filter. would start up after but then will shut off after 20 mins of it running. acts like it isn't getting any fuel when it cuts out and wont start back up for awhile. when it first stopped running it blew out the fuse for the fuel pump. not sure what is causing my problem.

check your wires and see if one of your ground wires are broken or cut
