Im getting my motor rebuilt:new pistons, rings, main bearings, connecting bearings, all new gaskets, polished crank, bore block, hone block, (overbore) remanufactured cylinder head. How much more would lower compression pistons be then stock? If I wanted to turbo it later?

You can get pistons to give you 8.5:1 compression ratio. That (I believe) is equal to an SR20DET. Im running 9:1 pistons so that I have a bit more power before the boost hits and I don't plan on running a crazy amount of boost anyway. It may kinda suck to get your engine all rebuilt and have it less powerfull until your ready for boost.

If your getting forged slugs installed then you can get basically any compression you want and it should be close to the same price. I wouldn't go under 8.5/1 though. Just my opinion.

I've noticed most turbo kits give you 8.8 or 9.1 compression pistons. If your going to have high boost wouldn't 8.5 be best? I'm asking..I don't know enough about this stuff to make valid claims.

Yes, higher boost you would want to run lower compersion like 8.5:1, but like everyone said you would get less down low before hitting boost

So your all saying that forged pistons are only slighly more expensive then stock? What else would i need besides pistons, and rings, and where should i buy?

You can run plenty of boost with 8.8 or 9.0 compression. Definetly more than 20 psi and even more than that if everything else is done right.

The 3.0L Maxima has a 10.1 compression, and people have run 15psi or more through that motor with no work whatsoever. It all depends on how the parts come from the factory, and your fuel management.
