motor problems

wasup guys im having problems with my motor its running really rich. also the car bogs out alot, and when im driving and come to a stop the rpms drop to like 400 then go back to normal. im going crazy. things i did i deleted all the egr system and the evap 2. did i do somthing wrong or does anyone kno whats going on is the intake getting to much air idk please if u kno wasup with it please let me kno thanx.

sounds like a vacuum leak. check all your hoses and vac lines.
