TRAITOR,naw just kidding,I feel you on the sr,they got a ton of aftermarket performance junk. But like you always said you can't exactly run to autozone and pick up a water pump for the sr.I'm seriously thinking of putting my 406 out of my malibu into my 90 hatch after seeing aries do one,it made 390h.p. and 420tq. on our engine dyno. That would make me the real traitor doing a brand switch, but I really can't think of two better brands to cross than a nissan and chevy, maybe a yugo motor in a k car, that would be fun, lol.

dude I'm all for the V8 conversion, anybody who's seen Darius' 240Z with a supercharged LT-1 knows what I'm talkin about.

The main reason I didn't do another CA was that I had already done one, time to try somthing different. I do feel a little sick though to think I'm going to have a tin can under my hood. I'm seriously going to paint a Pepsi logo on the side of the block under the turbo where you can't really see it just so I can point to it when people start giving me crap about being a traitor lol.

LOL on the pepsi can idea ,I guess I'll have to think of some smart elleck thing to call my car like inbred 240 when everybody starts callin' me a redneck(I am right next to kentucky you know, lol). But really I don't care what everybody else thinks about it as long as I like it.The way I got it figured is the only thing I will really need is a drive shaft and maybe a fuel pump ,but probally not because its carburetored and I only run about 9psi,I'll probally have to put a regulator on it to keep from flooding the fuel bowls, and about 5 or 6 wires(I love simplicity)everything else is already on the car.I have'nt seen the Z you are talkin about with the supercharged LT1,do you have any links Paul?I know my old man was tellin me that back in the day they used to make kits for putting small blocks in 240Zs and OPELs,he said they would knock off low 12s high 11s with pretty stock engines. Its hard to beat power to weight any way you cut it,thats why BIKES RULE:)

Swapping RB25DET crossed your mind yet? Ive read a couple of post about it from the other forums. Not as much potential as a RB26 but it still has lots of potential. You said you want to be different. :icesangel just a suggestion:D
