I bought Mobil Clean 7500 for my 92 2+2 is this good enough?

its 10w-30 synthetic blend.

my car should run good with it right? or do i need fully synthetic?

i also bought a K&N oil filter...

ive looked online for what Oils others are using on there 300zx's but i thought this would be my best bet.

Fully synthetic Mobil 1. And run a factory Nissan oil filter. The 60U if you can find it anywhere.

Nah, just watch for oil leaks as the synthetic oil clean some of the "bad" stuff that keeps the Z from leaking. This happens when you change from conventional oil to synthetic. If you want a 60U filter (the stock filter that the Z came with and no longer sold by Nissan), contact Yugo Bernie at twinturbo.net.
