motor mounts

hey, i've been having some issues with my shifter really shaking in it's "hole" when i start the car. i mean shaking more than it normally should. it shakes a little if i were to just sit there and rev the engine, but not nearly as much. it doesn't shake nearly as much other time as when i start it. so my first thought was motor mounts, so i called the dealer adn they're $145 canadian each!!! so if i need to fork over the cash for them, can i chenge them myself? is it gonna be something that a mechanic needs to do?

Yeah you can change them yourself but don't buy them from the dealer. PDM and Energy Suspension both make poly. mounts. You just need a jack and basic knowledge. I think someone covered in here how to change them... I think...
