Did a search and I couldn't find a straight answer. Just wondering if the motor mount kits they sell are worth buying and does it really make a difference over stock mounts? I know I have to get a stronger transmission mount becasue i can feel the transmission torquing left and right when i floor it, will motor mounts and a transmission mount correct this?

The motor mounts you are talking about I am guessing are polyurethane. They do make a difference over the stock mounts. But they do have thier ups and downs. The upgraded mounts will hold the motor in place much better, but because they hold it to the frame so much better, your car will vibrate much more from it. I dont mind it, but just something to think about.Josh

I was thinking about getting the Nismo mounts as well. My turbo elbow is hitting the steering shaft but only on hard right hand turns. That and my motor moves a hell of alot when you rev it. Should I get the mounts or try one of those engine torque damper things. Do the dampers work that well?
