motor mounts and bushings.

so my s14 will be down for a while; due to an overheating problem. now while its down i mind as well do motor mounts. i'm wondering if anyone who has tried nismo and cusco mounts and which is better.

also what is a good brand for bushings? i'm thinking about ordering energy suspension poly bushing kit. any reviews on energy suspension?

People like the Nismo mounts. And Energy Suspension bushing are good, but if your replacing most arms it might not be worth buying the entire kit.

Thanks, and I am thinking about stripping my sound deadening for weight reduction. Is doing this worth it and my car is going to be occasionally tracked/autoxed after I get it running better.

If you're going to daily drive it, I wouldn't recommend it.

i have nismo in my z32 they r great lil expensive .my buddy has ebay solid aluminum ones that r cheaper but the car vibrates.so its all wat u want.fyi his is stripped,lowered,solid engine transmission mounts,welded diff,sr swapped,6puck clutch and no stereo and he loves it its all what u will be comfortable with i guess lol
