Anyone know where I can get the rubber inserts (or whatever they are) that's the missing link between the mount and the chassis? Would they sell them at auto part stores? The stock KA ones are too thick and I need them for both the exhaust and intake side of the block. Thanks in advance.

Stock KA one's work fine. I am using them in my swap since they were in better shape than the CA one's that were on my motor.

But you can buy them. Advance Auto around here sells them at 78 bucks a pop.

Is there any hood clearence problems when you use the KA ones? When you say that they can be purchased at an auto store, are you talking about the ones for CA's? Like a ca18et from a 200sx or ca18de from a pulsar nx?

I believe he is talking about the KA ones.
