motor and strut bar question

I just bought and installed a Tanabe Sustec Front Strut Tower Bar for my S14. My question is, will it clear the Sr20 and it's manifold? It clears the Ka24 just fine, but then again that's what i bought it for. I was originally going to do a CA18 until I found out I'd have to buy another STB and well I was torn between the CA and SR anyway so a silly STB would swing me back to the SR. What do u guys think?

I have pilot STB's and the front one clears my SR just fine. I'll post pics of the clearence when i get home. If you plan on getting a S14 SR it might be a tigher fit because of the slightly humped valve cover.

I really like this Tanabe and would hate to throw in another STB and sell it. *keeps his fingers crossed*

Hmmm I think a regular top SR should be able to clear the STB. It might be a little tighter than what you have there, but it should clear. I'll try and take more pictures in the morning from an angle like that.

im pretty sure there arent any problems with the sr clearing the strutbar unless you have nismo mounts, which raise the engine up a little bit, other than that i think all the strut bars clear the sr
