has anyone used these clay bars on there car i was reading about them in a magizine and was wondering if they work well on your car

They work well. Make sure the car is very clean. Since you will be waxing afterwards it is ok to use a dish soap such as Dove which tends to help remove nearly anything off the paint including your wax.

Be carefull not to drop the bar(s) when using so as to keep them clean. Follow directions and you should be ok. Keep in mind that this takes awhile so allow time to do this especially if doing outside so you don't get rained on in the middle of the job.

It is top notch stuff..

I had my Black Lexus over sprayed with white house paint that the wind carried onto my car and the clay bar removed all of it!

I do it about 4 times a year!

I got all the yellow stripe paint off of my car, but I used the Clay Magic. Not sure if one is better than the other. It came with it's own lubricant spray. Try cutting it in half and just using half of it and save the other half.

But like they said, be careful, if you drop it you have to throw it away. It could get dirt particles in it and really scratch your car bad.
