I've got a pretty much bone stock 07 versa S hatchback

Its right around 35k miles, had this thing since 06.. Something about this car just pisses me off to no end.. I like driving fast, this car clearly doesnt as my stock tires are lasting me no more than 15k miles a set with rotation every 3-6k miles. My biggest issue right now is I'm bout 10k miles into these tires and the outside is really worn down where as the inside is hardly touched - thick treads... Can I increase the camber on the stock setup if I ask an alignment facility to do it? Would a cheap strut bar be useful? Anything different from getting an expensive one? (35$ vs $140), I don't wanna do springs just yet as i hear it can affect the dampers and that isn't good for the car, and springs can get expensive (more than just a set of springs..) I dont like spending any money on this car as I think it is worthless for performance but it was given to me for free lol, so i'm keeping it till i got enough to buy a new car in cash (lookin for 370Z Nismo :p, cash will take a long time)

oh and its 6-spd manual trans, i've also got a CAI on it for sound (not that 6hp makes a diff)... What's your input?

thanks

You can try to decrease the camber (tilting the struts inward) but there isn't much play in the holes at the top of the strut tower. A strut bar (cheap or not) will help with the flex between the struts. Lowering springs will also reduce the camber.

What kind of tires are you running on now and what were all your others? Pressure of your tires? Did you get alignments done after new tire changes and maybe every 6 months?

Stock tires... they're 185 R15's ?

I get alignment done every year at least... had it done about a month ago, tire balance and rotate every 6k miles or every other oil change(ish)

I'm gonna get a DcSports strut bar since i hear steel is gonna be much better

If i take my car to bakes plus or something, will they adjust camber as i would like?
