I have done some searching and I am still wondering, what is my safest/best target boost pressure???

ecu, injectors, maf are stock.larger fmic and piping kit and 3" straight back exhaust (gtune! custom pieces)and hks actuator (to control boost)

i have read that the t25 can handle somewhere between 12-14 and the maf cr@ps out at about 14.

i met someone that was running 17psi the other day and no prob, stock redtop, no tuning except fmic from blitz and exhaust??

is he going to blow up or am I better to stay around 13psi?

If it spikes to 17 it won't hold till redline. I ran 14 PSI on my T25 for about a year no problem. It wouldn't hold any more than that to the redline anyway

yea I ran about 13psi on my t25 for a little more than a year but the seals went bad, it still boosted but smoked at idle... t25s are cheap though so I still run 13psi on my new t25 hahahaha..

I ran a couple on stock programs. just remember the stock headgasket will quit at about 14psi pretty quick, I ran a t25 for a while and the peak boost while still making power and not heat soaking it or taking it out of its efficiency range is 16psi but like everyone else said it wont hold that over 5500

i have been using an hks super afr to add about 13% correction around 3500-4000 and back it off gradually to 4% up to 7000+

also the thr% function (set at 14% overall)of this thing really seems to make a diff when stomping the throttle especially around 3500+

it is really confusing to figure something like this out when the instructions are so vague, but it feels stronger and i am still running rich enoug( i think)

would adding a bit of extra fuel possibly help maintain the head gasket?

also, i do not know that the head gasket is stock, as i swear there is a tiny piece (like what would be the corner, not the gasket itself comming out) of what seems to a metal gasket sticking out of the head, it also had hks racing plugs in it when i got it. the motor is great and has done me VERY good since i have been running it, about 25k so far!

thanks for your comments so far, more would be appreciated!

They ALL seem to have HKS plugs
