LOL it must be those Canadians. I can seriously tell when I drive in the US vs Canada. In the US people are considerate and move over if you're coming up quickly. In Canada you can be doing mach 1 and there's always a dummy in the fast lane that is driving slow and will NOT move over! Oh and my parents winterize in Florida so they are likely that person in front of you waiting for the lights to turn green before making a right turn hehe.Larz wrote:LOL wingfeather.
I don't 'hate' anyone either. But the following seriously annoys me:
Driving in the fast lane of the turnpike in the rain and all of a sudden, here is this minivan driving about 30 when even the peeps in the slow lanes are moving faster.
Waiting to make a right turn at an intersection behind someone who doesn't know that in FL we can stop, look, and turn without a green light (unless posted otherwise).
Driving in the fast lane and being part of a long line of cars that have to pass to the right of another car that is in that lane doing 20 MPH less than anyone else in that lane and refusing to move over.
Driving down a steep hill on a roadway where at the bottom of that hill sits the PoPo waiting to write speeding citations, knowing that most cars will be over the limit going down that hill.
Oh, and one more thing: Canadians must be among the safest drivers around because 90% of the time when I need to go around or avoid a vehicle that is impeeding the flow of traffic, I see that familiar license plate on the rear end. That's the most polite way I could think of to say that, btw.

hahaha. I used to own a super modified Cavalier Z24 back in 98 that had a custom built sound system. I actually built it myself using MDF and fiberglass molded to fit into each side of the trunk. Two Poweracustic amps powered the 12s and a 4 channel powered infinity kappa components in the front doors. That might have been me back in the day but thank goodness I stopped a couple of years later in favor of a lighter faster car hehe. Now I just chuckle to myself when I hear someone else doing it.myother45isalesbaer wrote:I remembered a few more:

I will get hammered for this one, young women drivers on their cell phones or texting.
Any car that has a music system that is so loud when I am 2 cars back I can't hear my radio.
Tailgaters.
LOL. Those M drivers just have an attitude. We drive by cars and think those machines are not as good as ours and get annoyed. Still LOL. Bottom line I will still put my M against any of the machines listed for overall power and handling. I have done so many times. But the damn M owners just will not get off their high horses. LOL. The one area I will lose in is I don't have many cup holders. But, I can say those dang cup holders are a pain when I am chasing a 5 series V8 BMW and hitting 90+mph uphill on a curvy road and at the end of the run I caught him big time. LOL.Europeenne wrote:Infiniti M drivers...

Amen brother. They should've had a law against this before they outlawed texting & driving. Most annoying car behavior EVER (other than cars which honk the horn at 200 decibels to let everyone know the owner just locked the doors).myother45isalesbaer wrote:Any car that has a music system that is so loud when I am 2 cars back I can't hear my radio.
Totally agree my good friend. You just added another one to my list with the hooking horns. Thanks.wingFeather wrote:Amen brother. They are cocky, but the problem I have is I can't find many. They tend to lay around, clean their machines and wait to knock of the next a-hole driving some high priced or pimped out machine. LOL. Those M drivers are serious boys and devious too. LOL.cruzad3r wrote:i tend to agree - MAN i hate those cocky Infiniti M drivers on the road LOL
hey can you post more pics of your car? i like those fuga tailsEuropeenne wrote:Infiniti M drivers...

You are indeed right on. When I took my drivers test back in the stone age, you were supposed to know stay right as the left is the passing lane. If you used the left lane you where supposed to move right as soon as you were done passing. I don't know what is being taught today. I see cars using any lane to pass and dangerously so. That was considered reckless driving and if you got caught you got a nice big fat ticket along with some major points on your license. Just glad you did not mention CT. But we have our fair share of a holes too.bejjutsu wrote:In general, I think people should understand that the left lane is the "passing lane."
Drivers in the US need some serious education on that. In fact, I think I will refer to it exclusively as the "passing lane" from now on.
Highway driving would be so much more fun if you didn't have to pass people on the right every 2 minutes.
Oh, and since we're talking about plates. I would say: NY,MA,NJ,DE,MD are drivers that peeve me. Pretty much the whole east coast
Do you mean the CTSV? If so, I agree. There are three in my town... the drivers (unless it's the same guy who owns all three) always gun around cutting people off & tailgating like a 16 year old on meth. This is not occasional behavior, it's every single time I see them.merlinq2 wrote: Cadillac CTS
