More wiring questions.

OK, So.. I picked up this S14.5, but it was broken into, and wires cut, and ecu stolen. So.. I have all the parts I need again, but I can't figure out the wiring.

I have looked and looked at online guides, but I never see this combination of connectors.

And also, when I look inside the car, where should the other side of the plug be fore the dash harness?

Here are some pics. Remember, I didn't do this wiring, and the car ran before, but I have no idea how everything was hooked up.
