more steering angle out of my s14

i was wondering how can i get more steering angle out of my s14 i know i can get tie rods and ends but i was really wondering about cutting the stopers off the controlars to get the wheels more angle but dont know if that is safe or ok ill put a pic up tomarrow of the stoper im talking about.i would have tonight but the cars in my shop. and i dont feel like going down there right now to take a pic.
