More smoke then ive ever seen an engine make,but runs fine

My s14 started smoking BADworse then ive ever seen

but its not knocking or making any abnormal sound

i was thinking it was either piston rings, a head gasket, or valve sealsmaybe a pvc valve

but before i pull the engine out can anyone help me out if they have dealt with the same thing

Bad injector, too much fuel...... wouldn't run great, but maybe runs ok?

what color is the Smoke......ex: Blue=Oil (Valve stem seals or bad piston rings), Black=fuel (bad injector Maf Ground?), White=colant/water (head Gasket is normaly at fault).Also Compression test also works good. the tool is usally 35$ at local autostore

the smoke is white but it does smell like its burning oil

its confusing me

i think it might be coolant thoughim going to pull the head off tomorrow and check it out
