okay so i found out why my car runs like crap, it was the cams. .... (shoulda listen to Spooled....)

anyway now that I fixed that, i cant start the car.... when i turn the ignition to start, it will click once and all the lights and everything will just die. I have to wait about a min or so for the lights to came back on.

What can this be? o.O

Fuse? Oh and i checked the battery, it got a good 12 volt.

Battery terminal loose? It's probably something simple, like that. Is like everything dying when your turn the key?

agreed. Sounds electrical. Since your car has sat for a few days, the battery might have died?

Dieing starter?

If the starter only clicked while you were trying to jump start it, it doesn't sound like a battery problem.
