Did anyone see the History Channel show about gasoline? It was a good explanation about its manufacture and distribution. The moral: go to an outlet you trust. All gasolines are essentially the same qualitatively. A Citigo will be selling Shell and Exxon selling BP. Whose last mile delivery and additive package do you trust.

Found an outlet nearby that sells 100 octane "Racing Gasoline." Wish I had a consult as it hardly ever gets hot enough here to retard timing.

Might still be fun to try a tank and see if it prevents early retardation of the timing.
