does anyone know i u can switch out a head on the engine with someother engine to get more horse power ( my friend with his pathy found u can take a qx4 eng and put a q45 head on or some thing like that) or poss better tranny then give me a shout out. Much appreciated

What year? USDM SR?

I/H/E/cams/pulleys, to name a few. No heads much worth swapping.

well i was just seeing if any one would know besides the more obvious I/H/E stuff like that and it would be from a 96 97 200sx
