More power out of a z22s?

Hey, I have an 81 Datsun 720 with the z22s motor and am looking to get more power out of it and also looking to make it rev up higher, what would I need to do to get around 150 hp out of it and also be able to rev it up to 6-7k rpms?

That engine is a smog engine, it was made to pass emissions, it is why it exists, 4000/5000rpms is about it.
If you want more power, put a Z24 in it, if you want more hp/rpms, well I would look at some other type of engine, as the napZ series engines were not made with performance in mind.
