more pathy problems!!!

well it seems there is a black cloud following me and my pathfinder around..... other day i go out to start it, and wa la! wont start..... battery is good and battery connections are clean. you can hear the starter half as* trying to engage the appendix but it doesnt do squat.

lose connection or crappy ground??? any ideas guys would really help me out

if you had a newer pathy id be almost positive you were using a key with a transponder chip that doesnt match your ECU, but im pretty sure the 95's dont have it

95 definitely doesnt have transponder key. Check your cables yes, but if the starter sounds like it doesn't want to go, either the battery isn't giving it enough juice, or the starter has a bad armature or yoke. You may need a new starter. If thats not an issue, motor/transmission could be....locked up. Why, I dont know.

Battery is fully charged, right? It can be good but still needs to have enough juice stored up.

But, as that isn't likely the case, I'd first check your cable running to the starter. If it looks good and all the connections are solid, pull the starter and take it to a vatozone (or whereever) and have them test it. They'll let you know if it's still good or not and they should do it for free.

Free diagnosis is always nice.
