How do I gain more hp in my infiniti m35s with simple modifications?? Cold air intake, hyper tech tune, or exhaust. Which will give me more hp and better fuel ecomoney without increasing cabin noise too much?

If your car is under warranty, then I would not screw with any engine parameters. If it is not under warranty or that doesn't matter to you, do anything you want. But be advised that there are no cheap or easy solutions to increased fuel economy (other than don't drive with a lead foot) or increased HP or torque. And some solutions may compromise the longevity of your vehicle (example would be supercharging).

Thanks, I'm just seeking some advice, and you have been helpful. A couple of friends mentioned cold-air intake, or hyper-tech as a soultion for more hp. I prob should ease off the gas pedal for better mpg.

There should be no warranty issue unless the part itself causes a malfunction.

^ +1

from what I've learned, performance chips are 'pre-set' based on the year/make/model. whereas the UPREV is tunded to your vehicle and to balance your own individual mods...

I really like the Uprev since I can change the type of 'tune/map' to run (sport, stock, fuel econ, valet,etc)...just a push of a button.

Th G Force chip simply fools the TB's into thinking the air is more dense or cool than it really is. While at a set RPM you may get a smidge better performance it can cause other issues at other RPM ranges or even temperature ranges.
