so today i noticed a puddle of oil about 3 inches in diamiter. i got it on a lift to check it out and only found oil all over to turbo area and such. the puddle was found RH front between the wheel well and front bumper where the intercooler and tubing is running. saw white somke when running. it smells of burning oil. before all this happened and it still continues, im losing coolant not too much but its still missing. have not found any leaks of coolant. so ya any recommendations?!?!?!?!? should i try to find a block and head and start over and new turbo? i bought the car already swapped w/ the ca18det so idk what condition the rest of the motor is in. and also i really dont have a place to park it if i where to take the motor out that is in it now and rebuild that. sorry for the list of problems but ya....pls help

check your oil lines to and from the turbo for leaks and around the oil pan and headgasket

well i just degreased it underneath. but its been raining so ya but hopfully tomarrow im going to start taking stuff apart

ok so im 90 percent sure its the turbo. i do not want to put in the stock turbo. i want more power. i have no clue about anything that deals with all the numbers and such. only problem is i only got about 500 bucks.

any suggestions on what to buy?

used S15 GT28rs run about 300 bucks......... superb choice..... specially on a budget.

could always find a hx25 or 35 holset turbo from a volvo.......

your not going to find a used s15 t28 for 300 bucks.

however, I did let a fresh spec R go for 600ish not long ago.

keep your eyes peeled, if push comes to shove you can deff get a used s14 t28 for 300.
