In dubai drifting on street iz not allowed any kind of reckless driving will lead you in trouble. So me and my friendz go for drifting at night. We turn off the headlightz and on this RED LIGHT so the driver in front of me know what turn im taking.

There are no mod done in engine execpt the spark plugz. And drift with stock versa/tiida can be done, if you know the concept of drifting then its very easy. Ill wait for 2 months more then modify my engine, I have big plans for this car lets roughly say ill spend 40000 dirhams on it which is like 10000 dollarz.

Ill keep u guyz updated.

fug drifting with a stock Versa, who the hell drifts a FWD??? Wow that has got to be the stupidest thing I have heard. I think it is funny seeing all these Honda's and Acura's in my area with dolls hanging on the back, and there lil wannabe drifter shields! Also why is every post you make written with instant messenger writing? This is a forum and there are some respectful people that browse it, and it would be nice if you could write normally. But nice Tiida nonetheless.

This is not a chat room. Use normal English.

Talking in text speak makes your posts hard to read, and gives people the impression that you're immature at best. You'll find that some people won't even bother reading your posts at all.

We may be able to understand your IM language, but that does not make it appropriate to use. Who cares about "saving time"? You can't spend the extra 5 or 10 seconds per message to use proper language? Is your time REALLY worth that much?

And if not FWD, what is your TIIDA? is it one of the AWD variants? All Versas are FWD. I know there are AWD TIIDAs in Japan, but I know of no other drivetrain types.

We were asking you nicely to not post in instant messenger talk because it is really hard to read, if anything we were being extremely kind. All we were asking was a few questions like, why drift in a FWD, or if your Tiida is AWD. Also what you have done, and what you have planed to do your car.

Codered...

My car is back wheel drive. We drift for fun because there are many radar's on the street so we cannot drag. My planning is to put a WIDE body kit with new header's and turbo, nos sun roof and side mirror's dashboard out leather interior.

Shall I put neon light's?? If yes then what colour?

We would not reccommend an aftermarket sunroof. They never fit as well as the factory sunroofs and will rattle, look tacky, and/or leak.

I guess your right. Once I saw a Tiida on the internet with wide body kit i'll try to search again and post the pictures so that you could advise on that too.

My aftermarket electric moonroof has been great so far. Had an after market sun roof on a sentra and had no problems with it that I can remember.

I do have to wonder, however, as to how you got an RWD Tiida. Seeing as how they're only made in FWD and AWD versions.

put your tiida on a lift and post a picture of the driveshaft that goes front to back. because unless the UAE gets a special tiida, you're car is Front wheel drive, or ALL wheel drive.

Ok ill do that or ill post the specification's that came along.

Codered ill have you heard of Perfomance Company, they modify cars they told me aftermarket sunroof will be good as new!!!

But i think your right because if it does not fit properly then my ride is F***ed up.

Chances are Mountain Dew is right. He probably removed the front axle, but I believe the AWD version uses a viscous coupling on the rear drive shaft, so that would have to be solidified or altered. As far as I know, the rear drivetrain is not tough enough to handle 100% of the driving force...

Ive seen videos of skylines that disconnect the front so they can use a 2 wheel dyno.

OK.....I'm still figuring it all out....But....

The e-4WD system that the Tiida can have does not have a driveshaft to the back wheels, instead, the back wheels are powered by a RWD unit that gets its power from a generator.

I was just in Dubai about a year ago, and they drove crazy. We were in Land Cruisers cruising the freeway bumper to bumper, literally. We bumped the truck in front of us more than once, passed people on the shoulder and so on, I feared for my life. Very crazy driving.

Ditto.

That would definitely be a mod to add to my list of things to do.
