More Boost Problems...

Recently i have had to get a new PTU (power transistor unit) and a new starter in my TT. It is set at 15 psi and now i am having boost problems. The problem is that when i get to about 3000 rpm ,if i try to accelerate, it will accelerate but VERY slowly and my exhaust makes a weird noise. I think it might be an air leak?? It drives normal if i dont try to accelerate fast. I have no idea what it could be even if it is the most simple thing.

Have you done a boost leak test ?

You need a special insert where ur aftermarket intake goes, you blow compressed air into it and listen for leaks
