"The Original Recipe sandwich will set you back about 540 calories, 32g of fat and 1380mg of sodium. The not-as-bad-for-you Grilled Double Down totals 460 calories, 23g of fat and 1430mg of sodium."

Okay, that's not as bad as I imagined. A McDouble is about 400 calories, and its tiny.

The only number that bothers me is the sodium. Holy hell that is a lot of salt...

Luckily for me, salt doesn't give me headaches (now) but I understand the power of salt and a heavily salted diet. That much salt in one sitting is insane. For me, I try to stay away from calories and fats but I'm not to strict with it. However salt, I try to stay away from as much as I possibly can. When I cook I never use salt...
