Apparently the guy is too stupid to know when to quit.

They're back, with a new name and a new website: Calling themselves "JDM Experts" and attempting to swindle people out of $2,000 deposits.

Nothing new here, their idiocy is well-documented here in the Skyline forum.

At least they're no longer claiming to be able to get ineligible vehicles into the US. Maybe they learned something after all?
