Moonroof

I notice all the scratches on my moonroof. Anything i could do to get the scratches out? I want to get a wind deflector or something to prevent anymore scratch

Are you referring to scratches on the moonroof glass or the painted portion of the roof?

Wow, scratches on the glass. I've never encountered that before. Has the dealer seen the damage? Perhaps they can repair it under warranty... it's worth a shot.

Barring that, there are places that specialize in glass repair. Look for commercial and auto glass repair in the yellow pages. There are systems out there to buff the scratches out of glass. I have never used them personally, but they appear to work.

i guess the scratches are from the rocks on the road. You don't have the same problem?

I don't have a moonroof. But I don't have scratches on the painted portions of my roof either.

I have a moonroof, but I don't have any scratches. Not sure how that would happen. My truck has a moonroof as well and it hasn't gotten scratched.
