Moonroof knocking on bad road Infiniti G25

Hello! I have a problem with moonroof, in half-opened position it knocking on a bad road.
I tried to get off the roof, but i cant remove interior handles. May be someone have the manual how to remove the roof in infiniti g 25, or how to remove the handles. Thanks!
