Anyone ever used them on their Pathfinder or heard anything about them? They are a ridiculously low price at RockAuto: 31$ for two.

Sounds good, used Moog balljoints (greasable) and purchased upper control arms and tire rod ends (all Moog) but havent installed them yet. Moog used to be considered really good stuff, interesting to see they are cheaper for the Pathfinder. Interested in results.

Put the Moog rear coils in today. The ride is noticeably stiffer and the ride height increased about an inch. Definitely feels better (less spongy) than the old OEM ones that were in there. They were a little shorter than the OEM ones side by side and the coils were a little closer together. I guess that makes them a little stiffer. Happy with how it turned out for the price. Hopefully they will last for awhile. One thing I would do next time is put a piece of automotive vacuum line around the bottom of the coil where it seats. I reused the polyurethane piece that was on the old springs and it was pretty worn.

You might not have needed the spring compressor; see this thread on NPORA which describes two possible replacement methods.

checking it out Town...thanks!!!

too late now...already bought them...just needed a safety measure ...got the one with the safetys...

My rear sorta travels too low on speed bumps hitting the new exhaust pipes....hence I needed stiff coils...and probably a rear shock replacement in the near future...maybe xmas Ill get them as I just splurged on tools in my local Harbor Freight to buy a Breaker Bar / Torque wrench...and other wheel/brake/hub repair tools I needed....first time to go there and I was able to find the 13mm socket set...very happy with what I got ...will pay for itself definitely when I get to doing the repairs...

Nice.

All I disconnected was the end links at the sway bar, and the bottom shock bolts. Brake lines and ABS were fine on my 2000 Path (should be the same on an 01).

well just finished doing my spring coils...and I'm glad I bought/replaced them....$45¿¿¿¿¿¿..... wow totally solved the clunky ride I was having over humps...I thought it was my exhaust being heavy...and the fact that my rear upper links are blown...

the ride is solid now...and maybe an inch or half of extra lift...thought it would be easy with just spring compressors but had clearance issues on the passenger side...and took out the driver side shox to have ratchet room....

still wondering what tubes are those connected to the pumpkin...it could have been an oops moment if I lowered it too low it would have broke....
