haha i saw that episode, they never really showed the tires that they put on there, or the obvious LSD that was used even though when they wheeled it in it was obviously an open diff. oh well, i liked all the footage of drifting, as well as ken gushi's 240 going at it.

I saw some falken azenis sport and a welded differential (locked) on a one piece rear suspension, did I miss something?

did they weld it? when they wheeled it in one tire was on the ground rolling and the other was rotating the other way. if they welded it, then I was the one who missed something. oh and did they show them putting the falkens on? i think i was getting a snack or something while all this was going on....

Yeah that was a pretty good episode. Did you guys catch Rhys Millen in that boy(car)!?! Jesse James had like 1 or 2 decent drifts. They murdered the car with that paint job though.

WORD TO THAT, but if they take drifting and make it into what street racing is, oh boy... we are all going to have problems...

As long as we don't get a bunch of rice boys into it, itll be awesome. I guess that's a given.

we will get rice boys in this "sport" and people will make it stupid and there are going to be problems.

But there has to be some kind of parallel to this worst-case scenario in Japan at some point in past history, or at least something close to it now...

What im trying to say is that we dont live there so theres got to be something more normal than exaggerated stories that you can drift almost anywhere and the cops over there dont care as long as you are safe. I for one dont believe any of that and know that people are stupid 9 out of 10 times with anything that is done and that doesnt change just by being in a different country.

or maybe i should take a chill pill and get this christmas madness pass over me...bah
