once again need advice.had to have a new radiator put in my zx which cured the overheating problem but now a new one has unfolded.when i went to pick the car up it was all but out of gas,i filled up and all seemed well.i drove home and almost didnt make it for it started spitting and sputtering and wanting to go dead under acceleration although it would idle.i put a new fuel filter on and drove it about 20 miles with no problems until i drove to work.i got about 13 miles and the same thing happened.just wondering where to start, with the fuel tank forward or could it be an electrical issue.you guys have helped before i appreciate this forum.by the way the new rubber looks good wish i could ride around and show them off!

on the older Z's it seems they fail slowly, I've seen pumps that get hot and fail, and I had one that would fail only at boost when the fuel pressure started to rise

as fro the recall just call your local nissan dealer and give them your vin number, also look for a splice in the injector harness, when they do the recall they splice into the harness and rewire the injectors to batch fire

I'd guess the fuel pump assy includes the bracket and hoses, not really needed but if thats the way they sell ti then by all means
