You bought a motor on ebay, and didnt recieve what was described?Shocker....

Yes, input*...don't buy high priced items on ebay, and read the sticky i posted on the front page about ebay scammers....preferably *before you buy a motor from there.

Sorry dude,I can't even find that company listed in any of the WA state phone books. Worst case scenerio, it's just a fake name he used. There is a Monarch Trading, but it's located in Seattle and is a food shipping business. Sorry to hear what happened w/your motor. I think that unless you paid w/a credit card, there isn't really anything you can do. Unless....you have written documentation of what he is suppose to send you and all the agreements you have made (contracts). Then you can actuallly bring him to court. That's the only advise I can think of. Hope everything turns out, good luck.

Nope I got a SR20, suppose to be with out MAF or ECU,but it also came with busted CAS, cut harness, and missing ignitor. After I went over it twice with him what was included in the engine. I've seen some of his actions on Ebay, lately though he has gotten some bad feed back, right after I bought the engine too.Any suggestion on what I can do about this if he decides to just be like forget about it. I made the transaction through my bank more or less, I made the transfer from my account to the business account (we have the same bank).-James

You might be able to request the money back because you are unsatisfied with the product. Especially since it's a "Business account" If the money is still there of course. But in most cases, you wouldn't be able to get the money back because there's no protection law with transferring money as with credit cards. So the only REAL thing you can do is get all your documents, etc and bring him to a small claims court. That'll be your best bet in getting your money back or sent the proper parts.
