Product was delievered missing components, the Harness wascut, the Ignitor Assembly is missing, the CAS and Mounts aredamaged. I've tried contacting the seller and have beenignored. I bought the from monarch as a used engine and didnot expect perfect product but I outlined the minimums tothe transaction before hand.
