Hey guys so I was looking for some rims and I left my iPad open. my moms takes over my iPad and ends up buying me the rims. Which we can't return!! The problem is that our cars are 5x114.3 pattern and the ones she got me is 5x120. offset 20 and 30. So my question is which adapter do u guys recommend to convert to a 5x120 and that can run with these two offset. I checked online but there is a lot of nonsense.

That's not good; the problem with wheel/hub adapters is that the thinnest that you'll find is 3/4" thick, which means that with your 20mm offset which will already extrude from the fenders/quarter panel it will extrude another 3/4" more. I looked at putting my OEM wheels on my wife's E90 and this was the best site I found http://www.motorsport-tech.com/

Man.. that sucks. They make them but they're like huge spacers, over an inch. I would just try to sell the wheels if I were you.

Why can't you return it? Wheels policy is universal; you mount it, you own it. You should be able to return it!

it said no returns. I'm not even going to complain. Just going to sell them.Tsw tanaka. I went to a few shops and they said that they will buy the rims off me so or sell them and get other rims for a "cheaper price"

This, or try and figure out a complete hub swap. Hub swap being the 250% wrong thing to do.

My friend did a hub swap and he hates himself. So I learn from him no swapping at all. Lol. so a company name Adapter Kings email me saying they can make me custom adapter for $163.96 and that they would be 1.0" thick with 12mm x1.5 thread studs pressed in

Well you can either take a loss on selling the rims and buying new, or you can take a loss by trying to make these work. Sounds like one inch is massive especially if your new wheels are already wider and less offset.

That's gonna be too aggressive, you didn't state the width, but even with an 8" wheel that's more aggressive than my setup in the front. I'm running a stretch, and I can't go any more (without camber).

Cancel the order? You can't return what you don't receive.

If they've already shipped, refuse delivery. If it gets this far, you'll probably take a loss on shipping but it'll be less than trying to make it work or reselling.

Or (and this is a little unethical), have her contact the credit card company and reverse the charges, claim they sent the wrong wheels (wrong fitment).

I'm sure they'll revise their "no returns" policy quickly. :)
